Blackcurrant in colour with bright magenta hues.

This wine displays aromas of lifted cassis, lavender and mint. There is a subtle eucalypt with gamey hints. It is ripe, generous and floral.

The palate is rich, ripe generous with flavours of blackberries and fruits of the forest. There is a subtle nuttiness (cashew and pistachio) along with spice of cloves, cinnamon and vanilla. The finish is long and dry with firm tannins

Cellar for 8 - 10 years.

Enjoy with slow cooked shoulder of lamb, Wagyu fillet, barbequed field mushrooms or Moussaka.
