Classic burgundy in colour with crimson, blood red hues.
- Bouquet
Perfumed, lifted, savoury and alluring. The nose shows hints of alpine strawberry with a slight smokiness and gamey, almost meaty nuances.
- Palate
Mid-weight but wonderfully complex.This wine displays ripe red fruits upfront of sour cherry and wild berries. This is complemented by a smokey bacon and savoury layer through the mid-palate with a nutty supportive oak. The back palate is clean, dry,soft and long with many layers of flavour lingering.

Cellar for up to 4-5 years.
