Dark black olive in colour with blood red vibrant hues.
Lifted, herbal, herbaceous and alluring. The nose displays lifted fruit aromas of stewed black fruits with hints of freshly roasted coffee beans. There are also wafts of eucalypt and nuances of wood smoke.
The palate is full bodied, generous and soft. The wine shows upfront fruit flavours of blackberry and overtly ripe cherries. The mid palate is broad with a nutty almost cedar oak like complexity. The back palate is savoury with an earthy soft and dry finish.
