Lifted, perfumed and savoury. The nose displays stewed red fruit aromas of ripe cherries and raspberries with nuances of freshly turned earth and savoury almost gamey undertones.
Medium bodied. The upfront fruit flavours are ripe and brooding. Fresh wild berries and plum abound. The mid palate is savoury displaying briar like nuances. The back palate is dry, soft, lingering with a cleansing acidity.
