Lifted, ripe, generous and powerful. The nose displays wonderful aromas of blackcurrant and boiled lollies. This is supported by herbal aromas of cardamom and cloves with wafts of vanillin like nutty oak.
Rich, ripe, generous, long and dry. The upfront palate displays fruit flavours of overtly ripe fruits of the forest. The mid palate is layered with choc mint like flavour and hints of cedar and earth. The back palate is dry and long with cleansing acidity and firm yet soft tannins.
