      Wonderfully lifted with aromas of stewed black and red fruits with a distinct black pepper aroma. This is supported by wafts of wood smoke and almost floral, potpourri nuances.

    • Palate

      Overtly rich, ripe and juicy with mouth coating layers. The upfront fruit flavours are of boysenberry and blueberry with hints of overly ripe cherry. The mid palate is complex and savoury with spiced flavours of cinnamon and clove and a hint of dark chocolate. The back palate is full and dry with firm yet soft persistent tannin.
