Very dark blood red in colour with black olive coloured hues.
- Bouquet
Wonderfully lifted, aromatic and alluring. The upfront fruit aromas are of overtly ripe, almost candied black fruits. This is supported by wafts of nutty oak and hints of aniseed and dark chocolate.
- Palate
Full bodied, generous, spicy, soft and long. The upfront flavours are of black jube and cooked blood plum. The mid palate is complex with earthy layers and smoked/cured meat flavours. The back palate is long and persistent with all components of the wine coming together in unison.
