      Lifted aromas of stewed black fruits and blood plums. There are also wafts of distinct black pepper and wood smoke.

      The palate is full bodied, ripe and wonderfully complex. The upfront fruit flavours are of overtly ripe raspberry and cherry. The mid palate is earthy and spicy with hints of crushed nuts and dried mixed herbs. The back palate is long and soft with lingering cleansing acidity.
