- Bouquet
Brooding, dense, smokey and gamey. The upfront fruit aromas are of Christmas cake fruits. This is supported by spice at black pepper, paprika and wood smoke.

The palate is full bodied, rich, ripe, savoury and dry. The upfront fruit flavours are of black fruit charades of blackberry and boysenberry. The mid palate is savoury and gamey with flavours of rosemary (liquorice) and thyme. The back palate is long and dry with an almost chocolatey finish.
