Light, tight, dry, yet soft. The upfront fruit flavours are of lemon curd and ripe grapefruit. The mid palate is clean and fresh with hints of freshly chopped parsley with a slight sherbet aspect. The back palate is soft and dry with a cleansing natural acidity.
