Hunter Valley, NSW
Classic style chardonnay with aromas of stewed stone fruit and crushed nuts with hints of lemon zest and lemon curd.
Pale yellow gold in colour with vibrant white gold hues.
The nose displays lifted fruit aromas of custard apple and stewed nectarine. There are also nuances of cardamom spice and a slight nuttiness and cheesiness.
Rich, ripe, alluring, clean and dry. The upfront fruit flavours are of white peach, fig and tangerine. The mid palate is complex with spiced flavours of cinnamon and cloves. The back palate is broad with a slightly creamy texture and long, dry persistent acidity.
