Lifted aromas of citrus blossom, talc and sherbet. This is supported by nuances of flint and hints of grated grapefruit peel.

Fresh, clean, tight, cleansing and dry. The upfront fruit flavours are of freshly squeezed lemon and Tahitian lime juice. The mid palate is steely with disprin like minerality. The back palate is fresh and clean with a long natural acidity.
