• Bouquet

  Lifted aromas of stewed blackberry and blood plum. This is supported by spiced aromas of freshly cracked black pepper. There are also hints of wood smoke and wafts of eucalypt.

• Palate

  Rich, ripe and juicy yet savoury. The different flavours are of blackberry, raspberry and cranberry. The mid palate is complex with layers of nutty oak and herbal spice flavours of mixed dried herbs. The back palate is long, soft and dry.
