Pale yellow gold in colour with clear and clean straw like hues.
Lifted and overtly ripe stone fruit aromas of peach and white nectarine. This is supported by nuances of crushed nuts and cookie dough. There is also a slight cheesy aspect to the aroma.
Rich, ripe, juicy and clean. The upfront fruit on the palate is that of apricot, tangerine and honeydew melon. The mid palate is broad, yet clean with hints of cinnamon and brioche. The back palate is clean, soft, dry and lingering.

Enjoy with Pan fried whiting fillets, poached chicken with a tarragon and white wine sauce, sweet corn risotto.
